- Prep ahead: We cut and sand every stave in advance so on-site time stays short.
- Install duration: Most single walls are completed in one day depending on square footage and add-ons.
- Customization: Shelving, lighting cutouts, and other integrations available for an additional cost.
We are fully insured and treat every install like a custom furniture build—clean workspace, careful fastening, and finishes that match the rest of your bourbon-barrel pieces.
Pricing & travel
- Base install: Starting at $22 per square foot of wall surface.
- Travel radius: Projects within four hours of Louisville, KY. Travel billed at $2 per mile round trip.
- Lodging: Depending on project size or distance we may add hotel and meal expenses.
- Payment schedule: We invoice each project—25% deposit to reserve the install date and the remaining balance due upon completion.
