Refund/Return policy:
1. We will offer a 100% refund on your item with a written request with your name and order number with which item(s) you want to cancel as long as the item hasn’t been pulled into production. Since these are handmade, custom itemsnce it is pulled into production, we will not offer any refunds.
2. Although it is very rate, if the item is damaged in shipping, please send us pictures of all sides of the box, the shipping label, and as many pictures that are needed to show the damage. We will either replace the damaged parts or replace the entire item for you depending on the extent of the damage at no cost to you.
3. We do not accept returns unless you pay for the shipping to get it back to us in the same condition that you recieved it. Pictures need to be taken of the item prior to shipping so we can see the condition of the item. Once it returns to us, we will refund you the value of the item (not the shipping/handling costs) if the item arrives in the same condition you recieved it in. If it isn’t returned the same condition you returned it, we will withhold some of the value of the item to cover time/materials to repair the item.
