Guidelines
If you need to cancel an order, it must be requested in writing. All cancelled orders have a 10% cancellation fee unless they are already in production. Once production begins, the order is nonrefundable.
Report Damaged Item

Product dimensions live on each product page. Measure the space and path ahead of delivery. Truck partners bring items to your door but not inside.
