Product Description

Our barrel stave shelf is a great way to organize anything like your bourbon/whiskey collection, spices, or some smaller toiletry items.  We use wood from Kentucky bourbon barrels along the front and side and oak boards on the bottom and back of these to make a heavy-duty shelf that will add some character to any room.

We offer them in 3 colors:  dark walnut, chestnut, and polyurethane only (the oak boards will be stained to match as closely as possible with the polyurethane finish only).  Add metal accents on either end if desired.

The total width of the barrel stave shelf is about 24 inches.  The shelf itself is about 22 inches wide and about 5.25 inches deep at the middle and closer to 5 inches in depth at either end.  Installation is simple, and only requires a drill, 1/8″ and 1/4″ drill bits, and a Phillips head drill bit or screwdriver.

Can you describe the color options?

Since every barrel is a little different, the colors depicted in the pictures will likely vary a little from the barrel you receive. It will be within reason of what is pictured though.

Polyurethane – honey color to light brown
Chestnut – slightly darker than polyurethane. Mostly brown with a hint of red
Walnut – brown to dark brown in color. A deep, rich tone of brown.

All products have a polyurethane finish on them. The chestnut and walnut just have stain applied before the finish.

Can I request a specific distillery stamp?

Yes. Select the distillery during configuration. If you need one not listed, email us first to see if we have it available or can get it for you. [email protected]
